Delete Your Tiny Universe Account

This page provides an external way to request deletion of a Tiny Universe cloud account and its associated server data.

Delete from inside the Game

1. Open Tiny Universe and sign in to the Google account connected to cloud saving.
2. Open Account → Account.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Review the deletion summary, enter the requested confirmation information, and complete any required recent Google sign-in.
5. Confirm the deletion request.
6. The account enters a 72-hour cancellation period. Return to the Account screen during that period to cancel the request.

During the cancellation period, protected cloud writes and certain account actions are paused. After it expires, a protected server process finalizes deletion.

Request deletion without the Game

Email us from the Google email address connected to Tiny Universe. Use the subject Tiny Universe Account Deletion and state that you want the cloud account and associated Tiny Universe server data deleted.

Identity verification

We may ask you to verify control of the Google email address connected to the account or provide information sufficient to locate and protect the correct account. Do not send your Google password, payment-card number, or raw Google Play purchase token.

Data deleted

• Firebase Authentication account and Tiny Universe user ID.
• Cloud profile details, including stored email, display name, username, cosmetics, and username reservation.
• Current cloud save, pending cloud journals, cloud inbox, and up to three Recovery Points.
• Public leaderboard and competition records associated with the account.
• Protected reward ledgers and Tiny Universe purchase-entitlement or verification records associated with the account.
• Other account-scoped Tiny Universe server data identified during finalization.

Data not automatically deleted

• Local device data: use Hard Reset, clear app storage, or uninstall Tiny Universe to remove local progress.
• Google Play records: Google independently controls Play transaction and purchase history.
• Limited legal, security, and backup records: some data may remain temporarily where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or a service provider’s independent obligations.

Processing time

In-app deletion is scheduled after the 72-hour cancellation period and is normally finalized during a protected server deletion cycle. External email requests are reviewed and ordinarily completed within 30 days after sufficient identity verification, unless a longer period is permitted or required by applicable law.
