Tiny Universe Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tiny Universe, including its Android application, web version, online features, and related services (collectively, the “Game”), provided by Emperor Royal Studios.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Eligibility
Tiny Universe is intended for teens and adults and is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 to use the Game. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Game only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
2. Local play and optional accounts
You may play with a local device save without creating a cloud account. Optional Google sign-in enables cloud saving and certain online features. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and for activity performed through your Tiny Universe account.
Tiny Universe usernames must not impersonate others, violate rights, include unlawful or abusive content, or mislead users about affiliation with Emperor Royal Studios. We may require a username change or remove public content that violates these Terms.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, Emperor Royal Studios grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not sell, sublicense, rent, distribute, copy except as technically necessary, reverse engineer except where applicable law expressly permits it, bypass security, interfere with servers, exploit defects, automate abusive activity, falsify purchases or rewards, manipulate rankings, or use the Game to violate any law or third-party right.
4. Game progress and virtual items
Game progress, Premium Coins, currencies, upgrades, cosmetics, rewards, entitlements, and other virtual items are licensed digital features. They have no cash value, are not legal tender or property, and cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed for money, or used outside Tiny Universe unless we expressly allow it.
We may rebalance, modify, replace, limit, or discontinue game systems or virtual items to maintain the Game, correct errors, address abuse, or improve play. We will use reasonable care to preserve valid progress and paid entitlements, but no save system is guaranteed to be error-free.
5. Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
Eligible purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms, payment methods, subscription controls, and refund procedures. Prices and availability may vary by region. You authorize Google Play to charge the payment method associated with your account.
No Ads is a one-time entitlement for supported reward buttons. It does not keep rewards active automatically: you must still tap Claim Boost for each production boost and tap the Daily Free Coin claim for each free coin. The normal reward is then granted without showing an advertisement, subject to the existing boost duration and three-per-day Daily Free Coin limit.
Cosmic Membership is an automatically renewing monthly subscription unless canceled through Google Play. The recurring price and billing period are shown before purchase. While paid access remains active, the membership provides the same supported production-boost and Daily Free Coin ad bypass plus temporary access to producer automation, Passive Cores, Auto Collapse, Auto Big Bang, and Auto Cosmic Rupture. These temporary benefits end when subscription access expires; permanently earned or purchased progression remains. The exclusive Membership Aurora name style, Celestial Patron title, and Eternal Orbit frame are granted permanently after a verified membership purchase and remain available after cancellation or expiration.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal but normally does not remove paid benefits before the end of the current billing period. Contact support@royalstudiosinc.com for help restoring a verified entitlement. Refund requests are generally handled through Google Play unless applicable law requires otherwise. Fraudulent chargebacks, falsified receipts, or attempts to obtain duplicate credits may result in suspension of online features or account action.
6. Rewarded advertising
Rewarded ads are optional. A reward is granted only after the advertising provider reports successful completion and Tiny Universe verifies that the reward is eligible. Ad availability is not guaranteed. We may limit rewards, investigate invalid activity, or withhold duplicate or fraudulent credits.
7. Online and community features
Leaderboards, competitions, usernames, cloud saving, inbox messages, and other online features may be changed, interrupted, reset, or discontinued. Do not attempt to manipulate scores, exploit group placement, access another account, interfere with other users, or submit unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content.
We may remove leaderboard entries, require a username change, restrict online features, suspend an account, or take other reasonable action to protect users and the Game.
8. Updates and availability
The Game may download or require updates. Some features may stop working on outdated versions. We may change, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the Game, subject to applicable law. Internet access, compatible hardware, Google services, and third-party platforms may be required for some features and are outside our control.
9. Account deletion and termination
You may schedule deletion from the Game or request it through our account-deletion page. Deletion is permanent after the cancellation period and does not automatically erase local device data or records independently maintained by Google Play.
We may suspend or terminate access to online features if you materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, engage in fraud or abuse, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and governing law—will survive.
10. Intellectual property
Tiny Universe, its code, artwork, design, text, audio, names, logos, and other content are owned by Emperor Royal Studios or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
11. Third-party services
The Game uses services provided by Google and others, including Google Play, Firebase, AdMob, and Google Sign-In. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and privacy policies. Emperor Royal Studios is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emperor Royal Studios and its owners, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, progress, profits, goodwill, or opportunity; or damages resulting from third-party services, unauthorized access, service interruption, or use of the Game.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from the Game will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Emperor Royal Studios through the Game during the twelve months before the claim or US $50. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Emperor Royal Studios from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Game, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
15. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not required by applicable law to be heard elsewhere will be brought in a state or federal court located in Texas with jurisdiction over the dispute. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Game, service providers, or law. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
17. General provisions
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, sale, or transfer of the Game.
